Ordered a few days ago and it arrived from Captain Itch today. Watched the video and spent all of 12 minutes installing it. Of course I'll know more when I get in the 100+ Degree wind tomorrow morning, but it seems like a great product.
Supple leather and easy to work. It is resting a little bit on the left side cover and I wonder about paint wear as I go down the road, but for now I'm very pleased with the transaction and the initial feeling of the product.
Best accessory I have ever put on any of my bikes over the years. I live on South Beach in Miami and have to deal with the causeway traffic all the time. My crotch cooler makes a huge difference

I'll be the one in a million and just returned one. I was going to have to trim it to fit(per email instructions). Even with the assurrance it was "OK" I wasn't risking the rubbing on on both side covers(and taping them for protection). Quality is their, fit not for me.
I've only ridden about 50 miles with it and I keep reach down to feel the comparative heat temps. It does a great job. My crotch and I are thankful.
Still wondering about the damage it'll do to the side cover it's rubbing on, but I'll put that out of mind and enjoy the fact the the boys are stayin' cool
