I have the 14 SG standard. I can see the phone call coming in on the screen but need a mic set up, I read somewhere that I also need a software update downloaded? Should this not be already installed in the system? Curious on this dealer charge and any other items that will be required.
Any experience out there for insight?

 

The software update is about $100 annually. Just kidding, get yourself a flash drive and follow the instructions in the link below. It takes about ten minutes. The software is updated periodically. As far as the mic, you will need to buy the setup from HD, but I'm not sure of the expense or what is involved.
