For everyone who has a Harley Conquest and Quest unit you should now be able to update your units' software. Garmin's City Navigator North America will install, but you need to have the non-NT version. The NT stands for "New Technology". This doesn't mean our units are outdated, just programmed/compiled differently. I understand that Garmin's system says the NT version will work, but it doesn't. Only the non-NT version will work. Not all the Techs are up to speed on this fact. Just make sure you order the non-NT version. I've been trying to update my unit's maps since October of last year and finally did so yesterday.
