I have a 2009 RKC . Bassini slipons with big sucker AC under the football cover. The bike has the stage 1 download . Just got a PCV as a gift and doing a map lookup All I see are maps for stock ECU. Will it work with stage 1 download or do I need to erase that and have it put back to stock ? Dont want to dyno if I dont have to..
If you have a power commander 5 (not power vision) look for stock ECU with stage one (your big sucker intake) and slipons (your pipes). You may find exact manufacture match or generic. Don't know where you got it but some (FM) provide support (maps). Good luck. Don't worry about the stage one down load done to your ECU - it will not affect or be affected by the PCV - the PCV overrides the AFR except where the cells are zero and in those cases the ECU controls.

May not say "stage one" but should reference an intake manufacturer. Do you have the disc that came with the PCV ? It should have the files, or the dynojet (racing - not street legal) downloads should have.
I am talking about the stage 1 Download on The ecu..
Just ignore anything related to your existing ECU as only HD can change that. You don't have to reprogram it or do anything to it related to reprogramming it - the PCV will take care of all of that.
Yes your are correct with the stock ECU.. My Ecu Has the Stage 1 Legal Download... I am not talking about intake..That is my question.. When it rewrights will it be to rich ??
