HD (including SE products) is EPA compliant - this means lean. Yes it will be richer (AFR from 14.6:1 [lean] to 13:8.1[richer] but your bike will run significantly better. Not too rich but AFR's based on dyno not restricted by EPA. Won't hurt a thing. If you ever do other mods (cams) you WILL need a richer AFR and a tuner that allows it. Go for it - you will feel the difference and your bike will run better.
