I have a 2011 Road Glide that I am in the process of stripping some parts off and sending to the powder coaters. I was going to sent the stock tail light base but it is plastic so it can't be coated.
Does any one make a black tail lamp base - all I can find is chrome?

Thanks
I couldn't find any when I did my black out process. I ended up taking it off and painting it myself. Has held up well for 2 or 3 years so far without a problem.

What did you use to paint it with? How did you prep the surface?
Scratch it up a little with fine sandpaper just to rough the surface (so the paint sticks better) few coats primer, few coats gloss black. Mine have all held up for years.
