Anyone know hwat the differences are between a 2000 FLHTC Fairing and a 2009?

 

I can't read your question,I just look at those orange shorts. But seriously,I can tell you the outside fairing on my '06 is from a 2013. I can't see a difference in the outer from 1996-up.

Thanks for the information. I really didn't think that there was a major change until the 2014's. I have asked 2 separate dealers if there was difference between the 96 - 13 and both said they had no "data" on it. Makes me wonder if I should take my scoot to em for service....

 

There are two answers to your question! 1. is it the very same part? 2. do early and later ones interchange?

You can check the first by looking up part numbers on any of the on-line parts websites, like this one. The second needs someone with some direct experience!
