Does anybody have any experience with chatterbox rider/passenger intercom systems?

 

Just picked up a setup this last week. Works great so far.

 

How much trouble was it to install, as far as setting the speakers in the helmets, mounting mic's, etc?

 

My experience with chatterbox is the system is JUNK.

Do a search on chatterbox it has been discussed several times before.

Agreed. Its not for HER tho. My 15 yr old son is going on a ride to Arkansas with me next month...his 1st trip over 5 miles.

 

I tried Chatterbox and it's "fair" if you just want to talk. if you want music and a quality com system use J&M, much better!! Of course, it cost more, but it's worth it to me.

I tried a lets say "anonymous system". worked great. especially with helmet and more reasonable speeds like around town. worked great if I did not mention that. really neat toy. helpful even.

Did not like it. found it anoying. found it distracting. took away from my enjoying riding. May use "it" again,,,imo unless its your job,extra cash,,,ect go ahead and try it.
