-is the fuel pack worth it, in addition to that?
-do the screaming eagle wire/plugs make a difference like they say?
-is the throttle pack a gimmick?

The Fuel Pack is a piggy back type fuel management system. In it's very basic sense, it will work, so it's not a gimmick.
It is NOT tunable.
Get a flash tuner, like a TTS or PV, stay away from the SE products... you will love the results.
The SE products will work, but IMHO, not nearly as well as the TTS or PV.
I have tuned my Harleys with everything from carb jets and a screwdrivers to "dealer downloads" to V&H FuelPack to TTS to PV.
My personal favorite, by FAR is the PV.

There's no such thing as a "must do" performance mod. The bikes seem to run just fine as they come from the factory. You can spend a fortune and still be outrun by a Honda CBR600.
Th SE wires look cool , performance wise I don't think they make a difference to be honest.
As far fuel tuners go , if you don't plan on adding cams or any major motor build the fuel pak will be fine.
I have ran the power commander 5 on my street bob and a Power Vision on my street glide no problems with either. I am going to go with a TMax this time on my RK.

So in what way will the SEPST not work as well as the TTS or PV to tune a bike?
