Default Power Commander-O2 Eliminators

Picked up my new Ultra Classic which the dealer installed a PCIII with a canned map till breakin is over, here is my question. When reading the install instructions from PCIII Website, it indicates that the O2 sensors are to be eliminated at the plugs of the O2 sensors. My service writer said they were eliminated at the module and the originals sensors were left plugged into the harness to fool others that they were not eliminated at the pipe. Is this so? Have not had the time to pull the saddlebag and side cover to verify what he is saying.

My PC111 came with 2 "dummy" plugs , 1 plugs to the harness that is attached to the front frame brace and the other attaches to the harness that is stuffed down behind the oil fill and starter. If the "dummy" plugs are there one end of the harness will be left unplugged.

The O2 "Eliminators are jumpers that are plugged into the harness upstream from the sensors in the pipes. Follow the wires off the sensors to the first junction, you will most likely find that they are unplugged, and there is a little "cap" plugged into the harness going back to the ECM. Looks like they are still working when in reality they have been bypassed.
