If you're doing SE slip-ons, make sure you do the Stage I air cleaner as well. The only thing HD will offer you with this set up is the Stage I hit-or-miss download for your ECM. This download is set up for SE pipes. However, there's no guarantee if your bike will run richer or leaner.
For louder, you might need to go with better slip-ons like Samson, Vance & Hines, Bubs, or Thunder Header. Remember, loud does not equal performance and/or gas mileage.

2007 Screamin Eagle slip on's..
How can I make louder - Pics. with Mod instructions would be great..
You can get the software and do it yourself with either SERT or PCIII. The difference is that PCIII has many mappings on their website to fit just about every pipe configurations out there. With SERT, you may have to do an initial mapping, then fine tune it from there. Most of my riding friends have Thunder headers, V&H Pro Pipe, or Bubs Rhinehart. From my understanding, Rhineharts are the most expensive. Looks good and sound good!

The request for louder is to be heard
Can the mufflers come apart to drill out the baffles ?
Trying to modify muffler baffles to get the sound you want equals 1 thing.............................screwed up mufflers that sound bad and don't perform well. Don't ask me how I know. Best thing to do is hang out at the local bike night or at the dealership and listen to bikes coming in. If you like how it sounds, ask what they are and go buy a set. It will save you a lot of money and aggravation. As far as having the SERT software.....if you don't know what you are doing, you can really screw that up too. Have fun.
as far as 07;s go,, I believe the days of modifieing the old HD pipes are over!!
the company is really strict on complying with EPA,,,aftermarket is the way to go,
plus if chit hits the fan you have the old legal ones to slip back on
