Default Custom Dynamics - Rear LED Dynamic Clusters
I had these on my 09 Street Glide. They are the Amber / Red 1156 type. I also will include smoked lens as well.

You use those wire taps things to tap into the brake and running light wires that go to the tail light assembly under the rear fender.
