dmonger - 12" is 1" lower than stock for Ultras, Road Kings and Road Glides. Stock height for Street glides.
QNman - They do have a lifetime warranty, but not sure about their typical life span. I never rode 2up with the shocks but I think you should be able to with standard springs. Someone else might be able to comment on 2up with standard springs.
