Default It`s Harley's "hi-flow" cat/header pipe

I've done a ton of research on this part and the exhaust header that comes with the 131 kit is Harley's "hi-flow" version.
It technicaly has an HDI part (Harley Davidson International) number.

The European emmission standards are different than here and a higher flow catalytic converter is used, which is why it's included with the 131 kit (instead of just using the stock one). If you see them side-by-side; at first glace they look the same, but the cats are different lengths.

Whether it's a big help or not, it is less restrctive than the US version we all have.

I just had a Stage II done on my 114 (it's still in the shop) and picked up one of these headers (to stay in warrantee) installed. Hopefully it makes a bit of a difference....

Just curious, what does this have to do with the sale of this header?

I believe it might be this. Go to #9 in the post. It says this

There are only two different OEM headers for the M8 Touring Bikes (2017 - 2020), no matter if 107, 114 or 117:

Part no. 65600176 für DOM bikes
Part no. 65600177 for HDI bikes

The HDI header has a longer CAT element, is more restrictive then the DOM header and is also part of the new 128/131 Stage IV kits.
