from what i remember if theyve got the tbw end theyll work on all years. i dont remember them making bars not set up for tbw.

they were on a 13 RK & Yes they will fit your 09 bike.

Hey OP. They will also fit Freewheeler all years and Softtails. Open up your market there.

Yes sir. If it does not have a batwing. They will work. If they’re TBW there’s an adapter that plugs in to that end making it work for the standard twist throttle. I just pulled a set of TBW 14” apes off my Carbed 02 Softail and put on a set of TBW beach bars.
