I'm selling a 6" clear (no tint) Windvest "recurved" windshield. http://www.windvest.com/products/products.html Windvest suggested this height for my 2009 Ultra Classic and I used it for one ride but it's about an inch too low for me. Their recurve design gives you 2" to 3" of extra wind clearance so it would compare to a 8" or 9" straight shield. It will fit on Street Glides, Classics or Standards with three fairing screws.
I'm selling it for half price because there's a 1/2" crack below the fairing at the center hole. I tightened the center screw before it was lined up right... When it's on the bike, the crack's about 1/16" above the dash which you can barely see unless you're really looking for it.
I paid $129 plus shipping for the shield and I'd be willing to ship it to the buyer for $70. I'll send a picture if you're interested.
Here's two pics. The first one shows it as it was shipped to me and the second is a picture of the crack. If they don't come out large enough for detail, I'll e-mail them to you.
I found the ad of course. Thanks for the photos, I PM'd you requesting a link. Nevermind. I'm going to have to pass. Appreciate your efforts, and at least this will kick it back to the top. Good Luck.
