Will the vance and hines mufflers work on a 2001 electra glide classic and how loud are they?

They should fit 95 -08 This is a good price.

Default V&H mufflers
Just got to see the mufflers and looks like they are blue at the clamps. Cant really tell.Please let me know, I AM INTERESTED.
