I did check the V&H website before asking and found these http://www.vanceandhines.com/product...s/tsovals.html which don't mention anything about being EPA compliant... Most sellers don't mind answering quesions, so I'm sorry to have bothered you. I hope blackhawk asks lots of questions in the PMs to check part numbers, make sure they will fit his scoot, get a disclaimer, and get insurance, etc. - who knows what will happen to the muffs between the time you ship and he receives. Who knows, this could be the next exhaust bru ha ha in the making :0) Thanks, I'm sure you'll sell, but I'm no longer interested.
