I had this Road Tech Radio on my 05 Road King, $300 plus shipping.
Comes complete with:
Riser clamp w/bolts and spacers.
Riser cover which has the cut out for the clamp.
Wiring harness black (ground)/red (battery)/orange (switched power)
Antenna with mounting bracket
Radio w/antenna wire still attached.
Owner manual
This is very easy to Install mounts on the riser & sounds awesome.
There are many .PDF available online that gives a good description
