Default HD backrest and bracket 2000 model
These came with my 2000 Ultra when I got it a few years ago. I have never used it and forgot I even had it until I went cleaning up. What you see is what you get. It has the pillow buttons to match the seats of that era. There is a little wear on the bottom fabric, but you don't see it when it is installed--see the pic. Priced cheap at $75 shipped to lower 48 states. Will be out on a trip till Sunday afternoon.
