Harley hammock seat, 09-14 touring

I have a brand new Harley Hammock seat, part # 52000003A. This seat was never installed or sat upon, I only removed it from the box to take pictures. This is the non heated version and it fits 09-14 touring bikes. My wife bought this for me as a gift but Its just not what I want on my bike.
Here's the deal, MSRP is $499 and LSHD1 sells this seat for $399. LSHD wants a 20% restocking fee to return this seat but I'm not paying them to return a product.
I will sell this seat for $380 to local pickup or I will trade for a different type of touring seat. Corbin, mustang, danny gray etc. I want the seat I'm trading for to be in excellent condition. If someone wants to trade then I will ship and we both pay for our own shipping costs.
I'm not interested in solo seats. I'm looking for a big ugly comfortable touring seat. Thanks for looking!

I have a mustang wide tripper seat with the back rest. It is a $580 seat and and willing to trade. I rode the bike 1 time with it.
