I have a set of used 4" Chrome Rineharts with Black Tips. They we're purchased from EBay, installed but never ridden on. They were on my 2014 SGS, they have some minor scratches on the bottom, not noticeable when on the bike. The chrome is not peeling or flaking, they are in great condition other than the scratches underneath. They were scratched when I bought them, I didn't worry because they don't show.
