I'm planning a trip to Colorado from Illinois this summer. Having traveled that route many times in a car I know it will be hot and dry. I would like to have a cup holder for water mounted on the handlebar of my 14 SG. I would appreciate any suggestions and maybe pics. Thanks in advance.
i had a kruzer kaddy and the stainless liner vibrated into pieces.. looked fractured. got a replacement cup and put it and the hardware in a box on the shelf. if someone wants it i could look for it.. make me an offer..
if someone complains they can delete this post.. after all i'm not out nothing if it stays in the box on the shelf.
Can pretty must use any travel mug with it or I've put two zip ties on it and can drop a bottle of water in there. Use it all the time for coffee, even with a dunkin donuts cup or paper cup from one of the gas stations.
I have the one from Kuryakyn that has the basket and attaches to the clutch or brake mount. It is a big holder that just about any drink or bottle will fit in.
It's nice to have one that you can put a Insulated mug, Mcdonalds style cup with a straw or a plastic bottle...Then you are not stuck with only 1 choice...Have you checked eglidegoodies.com
best i remember i could not use the handle bar attachment for the cup holder on my 2014 bike. just something you may want to investigate before buying your cup holder.
