I have a set of black heatshelds off of a 2010+ headpipe. I believe these are Harley parts. I bought these as a takeoff with the stock head pipe on eBay as a take off. These include clamps. Good condition.

Stock headpipe with converter from 2010+ includes leftside cross over pipe and transmisson bracket clamp. Would be good to cut out cat and reuse with no downtime.
