Is anyone familiar with the XYZCTEM covers they have on Amazon. I know that the HD one are better but I only need it when I am on the road, about ten days a year. The rest of the time my Trike is in the garage.

A cover is just 1 more thing you have to pack and carry when on a trip. Your bike will get dirtier being ridden than sitting in a parking lot at a motel.
I like a half cover, keeps the electrics and seat out of the elements, packs easy and small.
HD Oasis is a nice cover, cheaper ones are Dawco and Ultra Guard...check on line...about 40.00 bucks....

Yeah, I don't really worry about the dirt, it seems like people don't get as "curious" when they are covered at the motels.
I have the full size cover. It spends most of its time laying around the shop doing nothing. A half cover would be nice to keep the morning dew or rain shower off the seat and electrics.
We just take a seat cover on trips, one built for a seat with backrest. It's got elastic all the way around, and slides between the seat and tank, and down over the back of the seat, and down under the handles on the sides. When not in use it all tucks into the backrest part and has a drawstring to hold it shut. Packs down to where you could almost squeeze it in one hand with a little hanging out, fits in our fender bags with a bunch of other stuff.
I don't mind getting a little wet from dew on the bike in the AM, but a dry butt is a happy butt.
