We have pulled our Mission 3x4MT, which is an Aluma look alike through each of the lower 48 states and around 30,000 miles. I did a stage 1, Fuel Moto Series E slip ons, and a Power Vision with Auto Tune.

My local Dealer (where I bought the bike) said they would not void the warranty, they also said, "we cannot say if another dealer would or wouldn't while your out touring", Also good to know, just because the dealer installed it, does not mean it wouldn't void the warranty. It really comes down to the dealer and their reasoning, if they have reason to void a warranty, they will.
