I ran a few errands around town today on my Freewheeler. I found my newly installed heel shifter to be an obstacle for getting off from the left side. The extended arm would definitely solve this issue but unfortunately it would interfere with the parking break. I'm sure I'll adapt! If I don't, I'm sure there are other options!

Research tells me that my struggles with a heel/toe shifter setup is not unusual. However, I can't find information of the extended oem (or replica) arm being used on the Freewheeler. If anyone reading this has, I'd sincerely appreciate hearing about any conflicts with the e-brake pedal. Measuring suggests I may be able to fit my foot under the shift to engage the brake. Thank you all for your support. I know I will be riding this trike until I hang up my helmet for good so I want everything to be right!

Issues like that are the main reason I tossed the heel shifter.

It may come back over it a bit. But you'll still he able to engage it. I wouldn't worry about it.

I do occasionally drop it into gear stepping on from left side, lol.
