Road Glide 3 oil capacity???
What in the H is the oil capacity of a Road Glide 3 M8 114? Every time I change oil I'm not sure. I think it's about 4 1/2 qt. I have looked on YouTube and my 3 manuals. They tell you how to check it, but no where can I find how much oil it actually takes. My God it that difficult for them to tell you. At least approximately. Yes I know how to check it. But how much is suppose to be in there! It's confusing because my Limited low 103 only took about 31/4 quart. I know they are different engines. Sorry for the rant, but thanks for listening.

The circled capacity is for a "new" system, ie a dry brand new bike from the factory that's never had oil in it. The correct fill is as ASA1199 stated. 4q initially then follow your check procedure to bring it to mid stick.
