Just bought one and have put on about a thousand miles. Handles okay but rides like a steel wheel wagon. I would not buy one until Harley can figure out a better suspension

I have over 12K miles on my 2019. Yeah, it doesn't ride like a motorcycle, but you can adjust the suspension. There are also some aftermarket products that claim to improve the ride as well.
My cousin bought a new '15 Tri-Glide and just recently traded it in on a new '21.
He hand NOT done any upgrades at all to the '15 but he tells me that there is a difference in ride between (not how much) but he says that he thinks the '21 handles better but he's really impressed with the increased power and torque.
Keep in mind that he lives in TN an rides on a lot of hilly, curvy roads.
His wife (she's actually my cousin) also got a new '21 Freewheeler and he says that it will run circles around the Tri-Glide!
17,580 on the clock for my 20. No real complaints about the rear suspension. Tire pressure 22/23 and do some adjustments with the stock shocks and it isn’t to bad. Could it be better, yes, will hd change it, remains to be seen. There are rumors of some suspension upgrades, or different style trike in the near future supposedly. Dealer heard the same, but rumors are rumors, so we’ll see.
