OK, I understand...the Ultra and the TG seats are the same. I guess I wondering if a earlier Ultra (06 or 07) would fit and be more comfortable on the TG than the 09 seat. They are shaped differently???

Good question. But since the touring frame was changed in '09 to accomodate the Tri-Glide, I would say the seats would be different between 06-07 and 09-10. M3 should know this.
The '08 seat fits the '09 and therefore should fit the '10 too. I know because I had a seat customized for my '09 Ultra by Mean City Cycles, they asked specifically for an '08 seat rather than the stock '09 because they feel the '08 seat pan works better than the '09. I bought an '08 'take off' seat on EBay and I have a custom '08 seat from my '09 Ultra going on my '09 Tri Glide.
I replaced my stock 09 TG seat with a Mustang one piece Regal Touring Seat with matching back rest; does anyone see any reason why the Alaskan Sheepskin Seat would not work?

The 97 - 07 touring seats will not fit the 08 and later touring, 41inWV is correct that the 08 seat will fit the 09 - 10. The only exception to this is the Street Glide trike takes a different seat due to the tank console being longer.

IMO, the sheepskin would be a great addition for summer and winter. The problem is the stock seat underneath.

I replaced my stock seat with a Mustang Regal and absolutely love the comfort. The only reason that Im considering the Alaskan is to try to keep my butt from seating in the summer.
