What's the part number for the chrome taillight covers to fit the 2010 TriGlide?

the only chrome on the tail lite i see is the base, #68296-99a , thats probably not what you are looking for

I used covers from a FLHX and they fit fine on my 2009. P/N 68332-08 $63.90.

I have the chrome tail light collars HD #68332-08 also.

Does this cover block the side of the tail light? I can't tell from the pictures.

Looks like there are cut-outs on the side and small slots on the top to show the red lens.

Yes it does. The top, bottom, right and left side of your stock red lens are blocked. The only part of the stock red lens that is visible is the rear.

Boom, P/N 68332-8, does not have a slot on top; the top of the chrome collar is solid. The cut-outs on the sides are for the two mounting screws.

There is another collar (I don’t know the part number) that has a cut out area on top that is used as a license plate light on some 2- wheel models. I think that is what you’re looking at.

This is the picture I was referencing after googling that part number. This showed up on Amazon. They very well may be incorrect in their display or the look is very disceiving.
