Well, I added the Screaming Eagle air cleaner and Rush true dual head pipes. Asked the dealer to flash the ECM with the appropriate download. Charged me for half hour of labor. Bike has some backfiring, not too bad though. Service manager told me the standard tuner they use can reprogram the ECM for three variables, but the race tuner can do 13.
By the way I don't care for the sound the Rush head pipes give with the stock mufflers, but I love the reduction in heat.
Service manager suggest buy the race tuner $500 and new slip on mufflers $400. MO MONEY. Does it never end?

It never ends. I would invest my money in a TTS instead of a race tuner.
The dealer told me that the 2012 Triglide ECM can't be changed. I'd have to buy the race tuner for $500.
That was the guy in parts that told me that. This is the second time he has been wrong.
I know this thread is old, but I wanted to let you know that my 2012 TG had 33217-11B already in it. I finally got my TTS module back reprogrammed for dual ECU. So while backing up my ECU I noted the the '12s already have it.
On another note, the ambient temps were 77 deg and my engine temps ranged 286 - 302 degrees. So much for the tune cooling mine down. Hope others have better luck with their 33217-11B tunes.
I'm taking care of business with my TTS.

Thanks for the info. My engine temp is also running about 300, but I don't have the 600 degree cat anymore. Still hot though.
What convinced me to get rid of the cat was riding at night and seeing the area where the cat was glowing bright orange/red. And it fixed nearly all of my "rider heat" to coin Wizard's terminology.
I Just got back from Daytona yesterday, rode up for the day ("Hard Rain The Whole Way ") had Rinehart Racing install True Duals with 4" mufflers, High Flow Air Filter & Their Tune-able ECM. WOW Great Sound, Cooler & Runs Great. Worth The Trip
