Any difference between the years? I'm going to buy one and I came across a 2012 leftover in the color I want, and might get a decent deal on it, but I just want to make sure there's no signifigant improvements or anything...

No real earth shattering changes between the 12 & 13, make sure they discount as T K Gliders said. If you care to read the 2013 technical bulletin you can read it Here.
2012 vivid black(color I want) $30,250 out the door....Sound decent?
Sales tax, doc fee and everything?
If so that's about $28,000. including "dealer prep", so you're really starting around what, $27,200. before prep, doc fee and sales tax? I'd say that's about fair for a new 2012.
Zero miles and no worries about warranty transfer is a huge bonus too I'd say. Selling dealer will make those little adjustments that always pop up at no charge as well.

I'd go for it!
It'd be freight, prep and doc fees, no sales tax in NH...

A little better deal for the dealer then, but no net difference to you.
I think I'd offer him 30K and tell him you just like round numbers. If he balks, thank him politely and walk towards the door. I'll bet you never get over the threshold...
