Heated gloves might work fine,but....I would be lucky to find some that fit my small hands. I wear ex.small gloves and can't stand bulky gloves.

We aren't as cold as Idaho either. My hands have never been cold with the heated grips.

Unusual cold so far.....snowing this morning! Would you believe it was warmer in Green Bay the other night (football game) than Boise

I'm very happy with the taller bars.

That's exactly what my buddy is looking for! Are they the 10"? Any idea on brake line / clutch cable length?

Thanks in advance!

Think I'll go with 10" La Choppers Twin Peaks, supposed to go on without any cable changes, but I think a 4" clutch would be right.

Just switched to Helibars. So far I'm happy with them. Uses existing cables. The clutch cable is rerouted to outside the fairing and the tbw is along side the handlebar. Can't see the black cables on the black bars. They are adjustable which is what sold me on them.

When the HeliBar company comes down to Daytona for Bike Week and Biketoberfest, it seems that half their work is on trikes. A couple of people I know have trikes with the HeliBars. Claim they are a lot more comfortable.

They say it's like adding power steering, not quite but pretty close. This is the first time I've not used stock bars. I should've done this years ago.

Hey Delta. Can you throw up a couple of pics of the new bars? Also what price range were they?
Thanks.

The black bars were 700 installed. The chrome were 750. I'll post pics later.
