Default Electrical Problem

2000 FLSTF Twin Cam 88. Electrical problem
I've got this weird electrical problem on my 2000 Fat Boy. When I start it up, it runs fine for about 2 to 3 mins. Then the speedo needle does a few slight hops the "Engine" Light does a series of 6 quick Flashes for a minute or so, then the engine will start to sputter until it cuts off. When I mean "cuts off", I mean that the ignition quits getting power, the Engine quits running and then a few seconds later, the whole Electrical system shuts off by tripping the 30amp Circuit Breaker. I'm thinking it's tripping the CB because after a few minutes electrical power comes back on. I've got a Crane Fireball HI-4TC Ignition module on this bike, and according to the manual, the 6 quick flashes means the Bank Angle Sensor was tripped. So I replaced the Bank Angle Sensor, Cam Sensor (just in case) and the 30 amp Circuit breaker, but I'm still still having the same problem. Could it be the Voltage Regulator? I put a meter on it for what little time it runs and the charging Voltage is below 13 volts. I'm just about ready to pull my hair out! Do any of you guys out there with much more knowledge than me on these things, have any idea what might be going on?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

My 01 road Glide Charging Voltage was around 14 if I recall correctly. When its running can you unplug stator from regular and check voltage on the stator. Should be about 21 Volts AC at idle.

If the bike keeps tripping the main breaker, it's not the bank angle sensor.

Are you sure that it's 6 flashes and not 5?

If you suspect the regulator, unplug the alternator from the regulator and disconnect the regulator wire from the breaker terminal. See how the bike runs with them disconnected. If fine, replace the regulator. Test the alternator for shorts to ground and output voltage.

It's worthwhile to go through and check the battery cables, both end to make sure that the are snug, you can also feel the cable ends and if any are getting warn, replace the cable..

If there was a short in the ignition system or cam sensor, it would not trip the main circuit breaker, it would blow the 15 amp fuse in the circuit that powers the component...

If the main breaker is being tripped, the issue is somewhere upstream of the fuses.
