Unhappy Yes i do need help.

Look I know this is a bagger section on this forum, but the prob im having could apply to any bike.

Last week I was jacking up my flhtc and didn't notice my v rod was as close as it was,. Well it was knocked over, my silly ***.....

No damage was noticed till the last time I rode it,,,,,,,,,, it seams none of the gages work. like I said it was just knocked over not hard but I guess enough to mess this up.....

Where might I look to fix this problem. I never use the bike and want to sell it, but I cant sell it like this........ Its 2004 v rod

Thanks for any help, Oh and PLEASE don't TELL ME TO GO TO THE VROD SECTION, no body's home, Go look its not like the baggers, maybe 3 people go there

Start with the simple stuff first(fuses) battery cable and work up from there.
You might want to consult with your dealer's wrenches if you cannot figure it out?
Have you tried that?

Dies it have security ( TSSM, I think )? I believe that it has a "tip over" reset. That might have something to do with it? I think I remember reading something about "tipover" reading in the odometer. Food for thought. Maybe the system didn't re-set properly and that is the cause of your gauge malfunction.
