Hey guys,
Has anyone installed Apes on a 05 VRSCA? Am currently doing mine now however there's no were to mount the old speedo. The mechanic reckons the only way would be to buy the speedo cluster from the B-Model which would cost me about $800. Any chance anyone has found a different way? Would prefer to keep the old cluster and not fork out more money.
Cheers.
I believe the "B" speedo is the same as the "A". The "R" and "F" models are slightly different but will have the same mount for the bars. What exactly is the issue you are having?

The A and B are different the B attach with the riser (pic) as opposed to the A which bolt into the stock handle bars. Just wondering if there is another way to attach the stock speedo without purchasing a new one.
a long time ago I had a vrod for a very short period of time. a company called gr customs was my go to for everything vrod related, they know their stuff.
