X2 - on my second set of Metzelers. They work very well.

I have Bridgestone on mine because they are cheaper, but I like the Metzeler ME888s when I had them.

I've used Metzelers exclusively since the late '90's (was previously running Pirellis) & will continue.

I took the 240 off my '07 VRSCAW & replaced with the Metzeler 260 & with the more-rounded contact patch, handling actually got better. I'll be doing the same with the '20 FLFBS I picked up this summer as soon as burn off the Michelin it came with.

On my VRSCF I put a Michelin Commander (like the original fitment) on the back 5000 miles ago, still going strong, but doesn't inspire confident in the wet. This year I put a Michelin Road 6 on the front. The Road 6 has many rain "sipes" and grooves, great for our colder wetter conditions here. The Road 6 has made the bike steer a lot quicker, made it much more stable crossing joints, white lines etc., provides way more grip and confidence in the wet. Best part was it was one of the cheapest tyres for the VRod. When the rear tyre wears out I will put a Road 6 n the back too.
