Default 2002 vs. 2003

Is there much difference between these 2 years for the V-Rod? I've found a couple that are priced well for theseyears.

There's not much difference. The 02's are all anodized, the 03's you had a choice of anodized with a black stripe on top and they had the 03 badge on the side.

If you find a 03 ask if it had the fuel flange replaced. I think it was 03 and 04 that had fuel flange issues, and should have been fixed for free so I would guess most have had it done.

Like lakedrunk said, there really is no major difference in the two years, other than cosmetics and a possiblesmall issue.
