I have the following bike:
&nbsp\\;

&nbsp\\;
I have had it three years, bored it to 95 inches, multiple upgrades, and with the warranty, I still owe the same price of a new Night Rod Special. Unfortunately, my local dealer has gotten a NR Special in, and offered me a trade in, so I'd end up paying 19 for the new V-rod. Is it worth it?
&nbsp\\;
I am riding to Sturgis for the 3rd time this year and have ridden everything Harley from an 81 Ironhead Sportster, 75 Shovel, 06 Sporty, 03 Dyna, even an 05 Electra Glide. I have never ridden the V-Rod, but love the look. I also ride almost every day, so I have to have a bike I want to ride, even long distances. Any advice appreciated.

Rent a "rod". That should answer your question for you.
