Default Purchasing Used V-Rod

Looking for any input. I just sold my 2004 Sportster. This was after I test rode several other bikes during Demo Day at the local Harley dealership. My last ride was on a 2008 Night Rod. That was really fun. Now that I sold my bike, I want the V-rod. I found a V-rod I like at a dealership a couple hours away, however it has 21k mles on it. Its a 2004 VRSCB. I haven't seen the bike in person but looks really clean. But what kind of maintanance issues/problems could I expect with that many miles? if any?

Thanks for your input.

Well, there is one guy on the V-rod dedicated forums that just went over 100,000 miles on his 04 A. My 06 D is just a hair shy of 20,000 miles. There are a lot of 02 to 04 V-rods in the 50k t0 90k mile range right now. Any issues with the 04 B should have been addressed a long time ago. I'm not sure if that model had the fuel flange problem or not. Try these sites for more info, and check out Shoe or Shoedude's latest posts and visit the B forums:

I don't know, Monk, I think I might know where there is still a new 04 B with a turbo and almost 5,000 miles on it.
