Man that is sweet. I'm inspired to mod my project now! How did you make that fenderless rear?

I plan on building my own short fenders, but for now it is pretty much remove inner and outter fenders and relocate lights. I have alot of little changes that suit my likes.such as the front Dx sylle cowl.I like it lower with the light deeper set.It looks a little scooter-ish on the dx for some reason to me.(Not bad,,,Just like it lower.)I plan on clip ons,The drags are ok.Just want to lay it out more.I want to go to rear set controls.Eventually a trask set up.Front sprockets are home made and have a few different sizes.Rear is from PMP.Wheel hubs were turned down to match the stock caliper locations, and so on.Im pushing 38k now and it gets it done.

I dig it. I just got an 02 that was laid down for $4100. Replacement burgandy body for $480, just need little stuff like Left mirror, turn signals (f&r), the Left pegs an grip are scuffed up bad but function until I find replacements I like at a deal I like. I figure for under 5K i will have a nice rider an can start to make it what I want.

I still don't know much about them like changing exhaust an retuning.

Great bike. I love every single thing about it except the rear fender delete... Although I've never been a fan since people started doing it. Can't wait to see it with the fender you're making. Rear sets and clip-ons will look sweet.

Yeah,I must admit the no fender thing has been overdone..It got me headed in the direction I wanted though.I have the front fender planned out,and the rear I have a few ideas but still have not settled on the design yet. I know that It will look lower with fenders on it.
