I finally got a day here in new england to take my first ride on my screaming eagle v rod. I traded it in for an 04 roadking. I must say that getting the v rod has been my best purchase! That bike rides great and what an amazing amount of power! It was a hard decision to go to the water cooled side of harley, I cant believe I waited so long! Ive had rice rockets and multiple harleys and this bike by far is the Best! I just posted this thread because its 8 am here and Im waiting for the day to warm to hit the road again. Thanks for everyone on here and 1130cc for convincing me to buy one.
I'm sure I will be asking lots of questionsin the future!

I understand how hard it is to go with this new technology. I had the same reservations - perhaps more so because my husband, Reaper, does all services and repairs - not to mention mods - on all our bikes.
