Have any of you guys relocated the passenger footpegs to add more comfort for your passenger?
I am thinking of getting a streetrod, but the wife does not like how high the passenger foot pegs are located.
I have on some Kuryakyn extensions to give the ol' lady an extra 4 inches when we're on a trip but they don't stay on all of the time. You can't put up the pegs and make it look worth a damn.
I ride a Street Rod and if you are planning to buy one, you'll need to buy a sundowner pillion ($129) for your passenger. My wife would not sit on the standard seat for more than 10 minutes. actually the standard passenger seat is a joke. By installing the sundowner pillion you'l raise the passenger seating position by about two inches. That should solve the foot pegs problem also. It worked for my wife.
