hi, my name is Mike. i have an early 84 sportster 1000, the last year they made the 4 speed. i bought the bike in 2002off one of my friends who pretty much just let the bike sit for years. it took me 40 hours just to clean it. as with any new toy i ran out and bought some custom accesories, new s&s carb, lower handle bars, chrome primary cover, new throttle ***., mini gauges, and more. nothing better than freedom!!!
