Welcome from Central WI. I have a 2003 FLHTCUI, with 33k. At 26k check your cam chain tensioners, front engine mount, front brake calipers. Enjoy your retirement.

Holidays always suck on deployment.
sounds like you got a great deal on a hardly used motorbike, nice.
I was in Oregon with 141 med FSB for a few years, loved the pacific NW.

You might want to think about taking the MSF Safety Course http://www.msf-usa.org/BRC.aspx if you haven't?
It will get you a discount on your insurance and brush you up on your latent riding skills.
