Hello everyone just joined the forum yesterday. Been a HD enthusiast for a long time. My Dad had a Sportster in the late 50's 60's. I got my 1st HD back in 2001 which was a 2000 883 Sportster which was carbureted which was no problem, kept it for about 2 yrs. Then with myself being in the Army and deploying all the time I decide to wait till I retired which was back in 2006 to get my next HD. In 2007, I got a 2006 Softail Deluxe this was fuel injected which was great, start bike then go ride, kept that for about 3 1/2 yrs then I had to sale it due to divorce. Fast forward to today, just a few weeks ago I got me another HD, it is a bit old but well taking care of and I consider it has low mileage on it. It is a 1991 Electra Glide Ultra Classic, which everyone knows this is a carbed motor, which to me is ok. I have a lot to learn about this one because it is a different animal. But I do have a service manual and I actually have a roll around service stand which I'm thanking myself for not selling it. But I'm going to keep this one for a long time, It actually has a lot of aftermarket stuff on it that I usually do when I buy a bike. But I'm glad I found this forum and I'm pretty sure I'll learn new stuff on here.
