Congrats on the Shovel and welcome to the Southland!
Have you eaten Grits yet? Had Sweet Tea?
I was stationed at "Port Austin" AFS remote small place in 1973, Great during the Summer!! Drank way too much at the NCO Club during the Winter.
Sure its a Long shot, Had a friend at the time former USAF, got out married a Local girl Lived in between Port Austin and Bad Axe, name was "Chet" sorry, no Last name, Chet had an Old Yellow Panhead Chopper! Never forget it! always wondered if he were still around??.
