Hello from Michigan!
It's been 18yrs since I last rode..
Due to a horrific accident I was involved in in Sept of 1997.
My then wife and I were T-bone by a 19 yr old girl in a jeep wrangler. She turned left into us. Killing my wife instantly.
Took my left leg off 10 inchs above the knee. I suffered a closed head injury. Shattered both my hips as well as my pelvis. Right leg was broken in 2 places. Shattered both my wrists.. I died twice.. ended up in a coma for 2 months
It took 2 1/2 yrs to teach me to walk and talk again..
I remarried in 2003..to a wonderful gal that accepts me as I am.. in June of 2015.. we bought a 2000 harley davidson
Road King Police bike.
Had it converted to a Trike..Via a Frankenstein trike kit.
I shift with an electric pingle and I use a baker reverse to back it up.
I had the trike kit installed by DeMasters Motorcycles.
Anyone else from Michigan?

It great to have the knees in the breeze again!
