Hello! I'm new to Harley having bought my first Sportster 48 today. I traded my 2006 Victory Hammer in for it, looking for a better handling bike I could ride around the city. I also have a Spyder which I use for longer rides and taking my wife out on. I just love the handling and the look. I'm thinking about a new seat to start with, something comfortable that will keep the look of the 48. The first thing I did was put the mirrors under to see if that gives me some better vision. I'll see how that worked out later. The next step was trying to remove the sticker on the air filter, I really had a mess with the glue there.
Welcome and congrats on the new bike. The 48 is my favorite bike being made today, there's just so many looks you can create with this bike. I will be picking one of these up over the winter.
